LRG1 is a member of the leucine-rich repeat sequence (LRR) family of proteins involved in protein-protein interactions, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. LRG1 is involved in promoting neovascularization by causing the switching of transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta) signaling in endothelial cells. LRG1 is involved in ovarian cancer progression by activating the FAK/AKT signaling pathway. LRG1 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived LRG1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
Molecular Weight:
Approximately 50-60 kDa,based on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, due to the glycosylation.
