TSLP R protein is the receptor of TSLP and cooperates with IL7R to form a complex that activates STAT3 and STAT5 to stimulate cell proliferation. This receptor also activates JAK2, which is critical for the development of the hematopoietic system. TSLP R Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived TSLP R protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
