Siglec-10 protein is thought to be a putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic acid-dependent cell binding, preferentially selecting alpha-2,3- or alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid. Its sialic acid recognition site may be masked by cis interactions. Siglec-10 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His, solution) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived Siglec-10 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
