ETS1/EWSR2 Protein, a transcription factor, directly regulates cytokine and chemokine gene expression in diverse cellular contexts. It controls lymphoid cell differentiation, survival, and proliferation, possibly impacting angiogenesis by regulating genes controlling endothelial cell migration and invasion. Additionally, it acts as a dominant-negative for isoform c-ETS-1A.
