UL16 binding protein 1 (Ulbp1) is a membrane ligand of natural killer group 2, member D (NKG2D) which activates immune system on NK cells and T cells. Binding of Ulbp1 to NKG2D leads to activation of JAK2, STAT5, ERK and PI3K/Akt pathways, positive regulating immune response, interferon-gamma production and leukocyte activation. The effect of Ulbp1 can be inhibited by binding to UL16. ULBP1/RAET1I Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived ULBP1/RAET1I protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
