The Rnls protein catalyzes the oxidation of the less abundant 1,2-dihydro-beta-NAD(P) and 1,6-dihydro-beta-NAD(P) to form beta-NAD(P)(+). Mainly secreted by the kidneys, this enzyme circulates in the blood and plays a vital role in regulating heart function and systemic blood pressure. Rnls Protein, Mouse (His-SUMO) is the recombinant mouse-derived Rnls protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
