LIMS1 is an adapter protein that critically connects beta-integrin to the actin cytoskeleton and cell surface receptors. It mediates important cellular processes and competes with LIMS2 by linking to integrin-linked protein kinase 1 (ILK) through its first LIM domain. LIMS1 Protein, Mouse (sf9, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived LIMS1 protein, expressed by sf9 insect cells , with N-10*His labeled tag.
