The CRACC/SLAMF7 protein is an autoligand receptor in the SLAM family that critically regulates immune cell activation and differentiation through homotypic or heterotypic interactions. It coordinates distinct immune responses, dependent on the presence or absence of the cytoplasmic linkers SH2D1A/SAP and/or SH2D1B/EAT-2. CRACC/SLAMF7 Protein, Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, His) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived CRACC/SLAMF7 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
