CD64 protein, a high affinity receptor, mediates IgG effector functions, triggering antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). It interacts with IGHG1 and forms a signaling complex with FCERG1, contributing to immune responses. CD64 also interacts with FLNA, EPB41L2, LAT, PPL, HCK, and LYN to prevent degradation of FCGR1A and regulate immune function.
