Serpin A7 protein binds hormones and inhibits serine-type endopeptidase activity. It is involved in negative regulation of endopeptidase activity, response to vitamin A, and thyroid hormone transport. It is located in the extracellular region and is active in the extracellular space. Serpin A7 is orthologous to human SERPINA7 and is expressed primarily in liver E18, liver E14.5, and two other tissues. Serpin A7 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Serpin A7 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
