Junctional adhesion molecule 2 (Jam2, Jam-B, CD322) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, and the junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) family. Jam2 is a type I membrane protein that is localized at the tight junctions of both epithelial and endothelial cells. Jam2 has integrin alpha-4/beta-1 binding activity and an inhibitory somatodendritic cue. JAM-B/CD322 Protein, Rat (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant rat-derived JAM-B/CD322 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
