Soluble IL-6R (sIL-6R) interacts with SORL1 to conduct internalization and binds IL-6 and dimerized gp130 to deliver trans signalin. IL-6R alpha, Rat is soluble form and produced in HEK293 cells with a C-Terminal hFc-tag.
