The C-MPL Protein, a receptor for thrombopoietin, is a protein encoded in humans by the oncogene of myeloproliferative leukemia virus. The C-MPL Protein is involved in the activation of the JAK/STAT/MAPK signaling pathway. C-MPL Protein is a biomarker for thrombocytopenia. C-MPL Protein, Rat (sf9, His) is the recombinant rat-derived C-MPL protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag.
