FCAR is an Fc fragment of the IgA receptor, also known as CD89. Fcars are found on the cell surface of myeloid cells, including neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and eosinophils. FCAR exerts proinflammatory effects by participating in PI3K and PLC-gamma signaling. FCAR is also an important Fc receptor for neutrophils to kill tumor cells. FCAR/CD89 Protein, Rat (HEK293, His) is the recombinant rat-derived FCAR/CD89 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
