The HER2/CD340 protein is a multifunctional tyrosine kinase that is a component of the neuregulin receptor complex and regulates microtubule dynamics. Activated HER2/CD340 triggers the MEMO1-RHOA-DIAPH1 pathway, inhibits GSK3B on the cell membrane and promotes the binding of APC and CLASP2, which is critical for microtubule stability.
