As a receptor for FN1 and integrin ITGAV/ITGB3, LILRB4/ILT3 inhibits IgE-mediated mast cell activation, KITLG/SCF-mediated mast cell activation, and antibody production by memory/marginal zone B cells through the ITGAV/ITGB3 interaction.
