PCDH7 Protein, Human (sf9, His),Human,Sf9 insect cells
PCDH7 Protein, an integral membrane protein, belongs to the PCDHdelta1 subfamily and it is highly expressed in brain and heart. PCDH7 is a synaptically localized, GluN1-interacting protein that regulates synapse morphology and function. PCDH7 is the first trans-membrane protein that inhibits homotypic cell-in-cell (hoCIC) formation to promote tumor growth[1][2]. PCDH7 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived PCDH7 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.
