The CD150/SLAMF1 protein is an autoligand receptor in the SLAM family that complexly regulates the activation and differentiation of immune cells and is critical for innate and adaptive immune responses. CD150/SLAMF1 exhibits unique signaling in T lymphocytes and B cells through fine-tuning of cytoplasmic adapter proteins including SH2D1A/SAP and/or SH2D1B/EAT-2.
