TMX1 Protein is a member of the protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) family and is a transmembrane thiol isomerase. TMX1 Protein can participate in various redox reactions, reversibly oxidizes to disulfide through its active center thiol, and catalyzes the thiol-disulfide exchange reaction. In addition, TMX1 Protein negatively regulates the activation of alphaibbeta3 integrin and platelet aggregation outside the cell. TMX1 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived TMX1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-mFc labeled tag.
