BLOT1 Protein is a Blomia tropicalis allergen and is highly homologous to cysteine proteases. BLOT1 may play a major role as an immunodominant allergen involved in dust mite-specific IgE-mediated hypersensitivity. BLOT1, like the other group 1 HDM allergens, is a digestive enzyme associated with mite fecal pellets. BLOT2 Protein, Blomia tropicalis (HEK293, His) is the recombinant BLOT2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-6*His labeled tag.
