NKp46/NCR1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His),Human,HEK293
NKp46/NCR1 Protein is a major NK cell-activating receptor that is involved in the elimination of target cells and recognizing a wide range of tumors, viruses, and bacteria. NKp46 forms microclusters structures at the immune synapse between NK cells and target cells. Over-expression of human NKp46 is correlated with increased accumulation of F-actin mesh at the immune synapse. NKp46 signaling directly regulates the NK lytic immune synapse from early formation to late function[1][2][3]. NKp46/NCR1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived NKp46/NCR1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.
