CD127/IL-7RA Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc-His),Human,HEK293
IL-7RA (also known as CD127) is a type 1 membrane glycoprotein folded to bind and mediate the action of IL7 and other alpha helical cytokines. IL-7RA is mainly expressed by cells of the lymphoid lineage. IL-7RA also acts as a receptor for thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). CD127/IL-7RA Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc-His) is produced in HEK293 cells with six C-Terminal His-tag and a C-Terminal Fc tag. It consists of 216 amino acids (E21-G236)[1][2].
