Eptinezumab (ALD-403) is a human monoclonal antibody targeting the alpha and beta subtypes of human calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP). Eptinezumab binds to the CGRP ligand and blocks its binding to endogenous CGRP receptors, thereby inhibiting receptor activation. Eptinezumab can be used in research related to migraine[1].
