Itanistomig (LB-101) is a tetravalent bispecific antibody targeting PD-L1 and CD47. Itanistomig blocks PD-L1 and achieves tumor enrichment through binding to PD-L1, and also exerts conditional CD47 blocking activity via cleavage of the hinge linker in the PD-L1-positive tumor microenvironment. Itanistomig induces antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis in human CD14+ cells and drives tumor regression. Itanistomig can be used in research related to solid tumors[1][2].
