Inlecitug is a chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting human KDR (kinase insert domain receptor). Inlecitug specifically binds to KDR, blocking the binding of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to KDR and inhibiting angiogenesis, thus exerting antitumor activity. Inlecitug is promising for research of cancers[1].
