FB-825 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting IGHE. FB-825 targets the CepsilonmX domain of membrane IgE (mIgE), resulting in the downregulation of mIgE-positive B cells and the production of IgE. FB-825 can be used in Allergic asthma, Atopic dermatitis, Job syndrome and Allergic rhinitis research[1].
