BMS-986010 is a monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting the p19 subunit of interleukin-23 (IL-23). BMS-986010 reduces IL-23-induced STAT3 phosphorylation and inhibits Th17 cell differentiation and the release of proinflammatory cytokines (such as IL-17 and TNF-alpha). BMS-986010 is promising for research of autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis and Crohns disease[1].
