SEA-TGT is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting TIGIT. SEA-TGT enhances binding to the activating FcgammaRIIIA while reducing binding to the inhibitory FcgammaRIIb. SEA-TGT can be used in advanced solid tumors and Lymphoma research[1].
