IPH5201 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting ENTPD1/CD39. IPH5201 accumulates immunostimulatory ATP released by tumor cells treated with combination chemotherapy (CT) and reduces immunosuppressive Ado levels in the tumor microenvironment (TME).
