MEDI-8852 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody against influenza A virus hemagglutinin (HA). MEDI-8852 binds to the conserved HA stalk epitope and neutralizes viral infectivity. MEDI-8852 reduces viral titers in mouse lung tissues. MEDI-8852 is applicable to research related to pandemic influenza[1]. Recommended isotype control: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99001).
