HFB-100204 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting CXCR5. HFB-100204 reduces CXCR5+ immune cells, including B cells and Tfh cells, in the blood and spleen of hCXCR5 knockout mice. HFB-100204 can be used in autoimmune diseases research[1].
