NI-1201 is a monoclonal antibody that targets, in the human IL-6R sequence, the epitope recognized by 25F10 for mice. NI-1201 inhibits both IL-6 cis- and trans-signaling. NI-1201 targets site IIb of hIL-6R. NI-1201 inhibits gp130 binding to IL-6R[1].
