ST2485 is a monoclonal antitenascin antibody. ST2485 shows additivity in tenascin C binding in vitro as well as in a xenograft model. ST2485 binds human tenascin at an epitope partially shared with BC2. ST2485 cross-reacts with murine tenascin. ST2485 can be studied in antitumor research[1].
