TQC2938 is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting Stimulation-2 (ST2). TQC2938 inhibits the ST2/IL-33 signaling pathway, reduces the level of downstream Th2 cytokines (such as IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13) and eosinophils as well as other inflammatory cells. TQC2938 can be used for inflammatory diseases like asthma research[1].
