YH003 is a recombinant, humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody and CD40 agonist. YH003 specifically recognizes and agonizes CD40 on the antigen-presenting cells to enhance immune responses. YH003 shows anti-cancer activity when combined with anti-PD-1 antibodies[1].
