Lanerkitug (BAY3375968) is a fully human monoclonal IgG1 anti-human CCR8 antibody. Lanerkitug selectively depletes human CCR8+ Tregs via antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP). Lanerkitug can be used in the research of solid tumors[1][2].
