KHK2805 (RA15-7) is a humanized antibody against folate receptor alpha (FOLR1), with a Kd of 0.647 nM for human FOLR1. KHK2805 binds to a unique epitope of FOLR1 and mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and complement-dependent cytotoxicity against FOLR1-expressing cells. KHK2805 exhibits cytotoxicity against both ovarian cancer cells and Platinum (HY-W096169D)-resistant ovarian cancer cells. KHK2805 can be used for the research of tumors such as ovarian cancer[1].
