Suvizumab (KD-247) is an neutralizing antibody anti-HIV-1. Suvizumab effectively neutralizes HIV-1MN, HIV-1SF2 and HIV-189.6 with IC50 values of 0.1 µg/mL, 1.0 µg/mL and 0.2 µg/mL, respectively. Suvizumab reduces the viral load of HIV. Suvizumab has good tolerance and can be used to prevent HIV infection[1][2].
