DPPD (N,N'-Diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine) is an orally active polymerization inhibitor and antioxidant with antioxidative activity. DPPD causes reproductive/developmental toxicity in rats. DPPD is widely used in rubber, oils, and feedstuffs, especially for tires in the rubber industry[1].
