PD-1/PD-L1-IN-58 (compound 2) is a novel inhibitor of PD-1/PD-L1. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-58 selectively binds to PD-L1 over PD-1, with a dissociation rate constant (KD) value of 77.60 nM. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-58 has oral activity. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-58 can be used in the research of influenza A virus[1].
