Accessories for Column Sets: Upper filters are used on top of the matrix. They are available separately or in sets in the following pore sizes: 10 μm, 35 μm or 90 μm. The filters can be inserted easily with a pipette or glass tube. The upper filter fits tightly over the whole length of the column body. Filters can be autoclaved at 110 °C for 10 minutes.
