Product Description

Detect diacylglycerol (DAG) signaling kinetics in living cells with this green fluorescent DAG assay kit. The genetically encoded Green Downward DAG biosensor decreases in fluorescence as intracellular DAG levels rise, enabling real-time monitoring of DAG activity and Gq pathway activation. Delivered via Montana Moleculars Big Sky BacMam viral vector for improved transduction efficiency across cell lines, primary cultures, and iPSCs. Expression is easily titratable, enabling rapid assay optimization and high data quality for compound characterization. The 5 mL volume provides 4-5 plates of experiments when used with HEK293T cells and is compatible with fluorescence plate readers or microscopy using standard green detection settings.
