Product Description

Fluorescent Arrestin Recruitment assay for the Proteinase-activated Receptor type 2 (PAR2), designed for real-time kinetic measurements on automated plate readers or fluorescence microscopes. The Borealis arrestin biosensor and unmodified GPCR are delivered via BacMam viral vectors for robust transduction in mammalian cells. Precise, titratable expression enables rapid assay optimization and high-quality data. Additional receptor-specific Borealis kits are available, and Montana Moleculars DAG or Calcium sensors can be used concurrently to explore agonist bias and signaling pathways. Kits include BacMam expression vectors for both the Borealis biosensor and PAR2. A 10 mL kit provides enough reagent for 4-5 plates when using HEK293T cells.
