Product Description

Fluorescent Arrestin Recruitment assay for the Delta Opioid receptor (DOR), designed for real-time kinetic measurements on automated plate readers or fluorescence microscopes. The Borealis arrestin biosensor, unmodified GPCR, and GRK are delivered via BacMam viral vectors for robust transduction in mammalian cells. Precise, titratable expression enables rapid assay optimization and high-quality data. Additional receptor-specific Borealis kits are available, and Montana Moleculars cADDis cAMP sensor can be used concurrently to explore agonist bias and signaling pathways. Kits include BacMam expression vectors for the Borealis biosensor, DOR, and GRK5. A 10 mL kit provides enough reagent for 4-5 plates when using HEK293T cells.
