This Sox17 antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 376-409 amino acids from the C-terminal region of mouse Sox17.

Required for normal development of the definitive gut endoderm. Probable transcriptional activator in the premeiotic germ cells. Isoform 2 (T-SOX17) shows no DNA-binding activity.
