A portion of amino acids 272-306 from human CX3CL1 was used as the immunogen for the CX3CL1 antibody.
The soluble form is chemotactic for T-cells and monocytes, but not for neutrophils. The membrane-bound form promotes adhesion of those leukocytes to endothelial cells. May play a role in regulating leukocyte adhesion and migration processes at the endothelium. Binds to CX3CR1. [UniProt]
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the CX3CL1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
