A portion of amino acids 409-443 from human Acetylcholine receptor subunit epsilon was used as the immunogen for the CHRNE antibody.
After binding acetylcholine, the AChR responds by an extensive change in conformation that affects all subunits and leads to opening of an ion-conducting channel across the plasma membrane. [UniProt]
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the CHRNE antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
