Coating: Purified Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike NTD (Clone 2146) was coated at concentration of 1 ul/well, 100 ul/well overnight 2-8&730,C. Sample: Purified rSARS CoV-2 Trimeric Spike Protein at 0.5 &956,g/ml and serially diluted (2-fold) to 0.98 ng/ml, 100ul/well for 1 hour at 37&730,C. Detection: Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD (Clone 2196) conjugated to HRP diluted to 0.1ug/ml, 100 ul/well for 1 hour at 37&730,C. Substrate: TMB, 100 ul/well for 15 min. at room temperature followed by 450 nm stop solution, 50ul/well.
