Anti-ACE2 antibody (3217) was raised against a peptide corresponding to 18 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human ACE2. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of ACE2.

Figure 1 ELISA Validation Coating Antigen: immunogen peptide, 3217P, 10 &956,g/mL, incubate at 4 &730,C overnight.Detection Antibodies: SARS-CoV-2 Spike antibody, 3217-HRP or 3217, dilution: 0.5-1000 ng/mL, incubate at RT for 1 hr.3217 was detected by anti-rabbit HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies at 1:10,000, incubate at RT for 1 hr.
Figure 2 Immunohistochemistry Validation of ACE-2 in COVID-19 Patient Lung Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human testis tissue using anti- ACE2 antibody (3217-HRP, 5 &956,g/mL). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 1 h at RT, antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with primary antibody overnight at 4&730,C.Counter stained with Hematoxylin.
