• Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 40kDa in both Jurkat and Mouse Spleen extracts at 1ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for these bands we observe given the predicted size of approx. 97Kda according to NP_060201 and NP_665741.
